  • Autopilot:
    The robot build that is used for the STEM Lab. This robot is built during the first hands-on activity within the STEM Lab and is used to complete the rest of the STEM Lab activities.

  • Behavior:
    The building blocks of robotics programming. A behavior is a way that a robot acts, and can range from basic to complex, depending on how the robot is built or programmed.

  • Drivetrain:
    A rectangular structure with two motors, four wheels and gears that transmit power from the motors to all wheels.

  • Speed:
    The rate at which something is able to move or operate.

  • Velocity:
    The speed of something in a given direction.
  • VEXcode IQ Blocks:
    A block-based programming language used to program a VEX IQ robot.
