Introduction
In this Unit, you will learn how to play in the Team Freeze Tag competition with your BaseBot! Watch the animation below to see BaseBots drive, tag, freeze, and score in an example of the Team Freeze Tag competition.
In this video, four robots start on the field, one in each corner. The two robots on the left are identified as the green team, while the two on the right are identified as the blue team. A timer counts down from 60 seconds as the robots drive around the field, attempting to press the Bumper Switch of an opposing team's robot to freeze it and score a point. When robots are frozen, they stop driving for 3 seconds and the Touch LED glows red. The points are totaled for each team, and at the end of the match, the green team wins with 4 points to 2.
In the Team Freeze Tag competition, you will use a Controller and work with another team to score the most points in 60 seconds!
