Lab 2 - Raise the Roof

Main Focus Question: How can I drive my Hero Robot to transport supplies from the Fire Station to the Emergency Shelter, and raise the Shelter roof?

• Students will be introduced to the Stage 2 Tasks:
  • Remove supplies from the Fire Station.
  • Raise the Emergency Shelter roof.
  • Deliver supplies to the Emergency Shelter.
• Students will practice driving their robot to remove the supplies from the Fire Station and place them on the orange square in the Emergency Shelter ,as well as using their robot to lift the Emergency Shelter roof.
• Students will compete in the Raise the Roof Competition.

Lab 3 - Power Up

Main Focus Question: How can I drive my Hero Robot to lift fallen trees and power lines?

• Students will be introduced to the Stage 3 Tasks:
  • Raise the fallen trees.
  • Raise the fallen power lines.
• Students will practice driving their robot to lift a tree and the power lines.
• Students will compete in the Power Up Competition.

Lab 4 - Landslide!

Main Focus Question: How can I drive my Hero Robot to trigger a landslide to practice clearing rocks from the roads?

• Students will be introduced to the Stage 4 tasks:
  • Trigger the landslide.
  • Move the rocks from the landslide to the Red Tile.
• Students will practice driving their robot to trigger the landslide and move the rocks to the Red Tile.
• Students will compete in the Landslide! Competition

Lab 5 - City Technology Rebuild Competition

Main Focus Question: How can I compete in the City Technology Rebuild Competition?

• Students will apply what they have learned in the previous Labs to compete in the City Technology Rebuild competition!
