Iterate

Now that you have practiced playing Tag, you will iterate on the build of your Speed Bot to improve the design and score more points!

Iteration is defined as the act or process of repeating. To iterate is to improve your product design. You will change one thing about your robot's build to improve the design before competing in the mini-competition!

Iterate design

Using the notes that you documented in your engineering notebook from the Practice of the mini-competition, identify one part of the Speed Bots build that you would like to change in order to score more points.

Some examples could include adding additional pieces to make the robot more stable, removing pieces to make the robot lighter and faster, or moving pieces around on the robot.

Once you have decided on the change, make this change on your robot.

Document the change in your engineering notebook.

Now that the change has been made, drive your robot around to test the new change.

Document in your engineering notebook if the change improved the design of your robot.
