Improving Flow of Disks (Using the Disk Feeder)
When the Disk Feeder is being used, some problems could occur, such as the disks falling off of the conveyor belts, or the disks may get caught inside the Disk Feeder and thus, not transported onto the Transport Conveyor.
One option is to add standoffs to the Disk Feeder. This can help prevent disks from getting caught inside.
Another option is to add standoffs around the conveyors. This can help guide the disks along the conveyors to ensure that no disks fall off.
