Introduction
In this Lesson you will learn about the difference between passive and active manipulators, and how to design an effective manipulator to make your robot accomplish a particular task. Then, you will apply this information to score rings and Buckyballs in the Push and Place Challenge. Watch the animation below to see how your robot could push all place game objects in this challenge. You'll see how the robot starts in the middle column at the back of the field. It picks up the Buckyball closest to it on its left, lifts its arm, and places it on the platform before picking up a ring and placing it on the lower platform as well.
