Once everyone has completed the challenge, come together for a whole-class strategy sharing session and discussion. By the end of the discussion, students should have had opportunities to share and discuss their strategies for at least one of the runs. Students can share their projects directly with you at any time using the Share feature in VEXcode. Read this article to learn more about using the Share feature in VEXcode AIM.

Encourage students to share not only the final result of their projects, but the concepts or skills that they applied to get them to that point. While your leaderboard will show how all groups placed in the competition, guide students to think about other elements that are important to them in developing and evaluating a strategy. Guide students through a conversation to come to a consensus on what makes the best strategy. Ensure that successful strategy is not solely defined by the final score. This should include considerations like:

• How well a group collaborated with one another.
• How well a group solved problems and persevered.
• The thoroughness of planning and documentation of iterations. 
• A group's final score.

Use the class's consensus on the best strategy to create the criteria for an Excellence Award and give that award to the team that best meets the criteria. Additional awards can also be given to help celebrate the successes of all students. Learn more about other ideas for awards in this article. 

Guide students in a whole-class discussion to reflect on their progress and learning throughout the entire course. The goal of this reflection is for students to recognize and celebrate their achievements and how far they've come since they began the course. You can have students answer some or all of the prompts to begin your discussion.

Think about how you would like students to reflect and respond to the questions. They can answer them in their journals, or you can offer options for sharing their reflections like: 

• Video Reflection - Have students record a short video of themselves responding to each of the questions, and showing evidence from their journals, or using the robot to help them communicate their ideas.
• Storyboard Reflection - Have students storyboard their answers to the prompts with pictures and captions, including at least one image and description for each answer. Students can think of each question as a mini-story with a beginning, middle, and end. 
• Tour of Learning - Invite another class or members of your school community to join you, and have students give short demos or mini presentations of things that they learned throughout the course. 

This reflection should be celebratory in nature, and an engaging and enthusiastic time to reflect, remember, revisit, and process just how much students have learned.
